Our name is inspired by the journey through Asian cuisine itself — from Japanese noodles to rice — representing variety, balance and the many forms that great food can take. From rich ramen broths and handcrafted sushi to fresh poke and flavour-packed Asian comfort food, Mentogohan brings together concepts with distinct personalities under one vision: great food, made with care, character and consistency.
With culinary direction from Chef Shigeki Iimura, whose experience includes decades in Japanese cuisine across traditional and international restaurant settings, our concepts are shaped by both authenticity and modern appeal.
